BBQ Portobello Mushrooms

Can anyone see the pattern yet? The sun’s begun shining and the grill’s been beckoning me, and I’ve been answering. These are some of the tastiest mushrooms you’ll have and all it requires are 4 ingredients and a little time. Read on!
Ingredients
- 1lb of sliced portobello mushrooms
- 1 tblsp Olive Oil
- 1 tblsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Italian Seasonings
- Splash of White Sherry (optional)
Directions
- Combine the mushrooms, oil, balsamic vinegar, spices and, optionally, the sherry into a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Grill the mushrooms on a hot grill for 2 minutes per side.
- Serve and enjoy!
