Autumn Root Vegetable Soup

Fall is, not only the best time of the year, it’s also a time where friends and family get together to kick off the holiday season. I felt a little adventurous today, as you’ll notice by the long list of ingredients and the inclusion of 4 pictures throughout the cooking process. This root soup is a favorite of mine, and this latest batch has to be the best I have ever tasted.

Tofu Scramble

Recently, Andre and I were visiting a friend in Toronto, who made us a delicious breakfast. Now, this breakfast wasn’t any ordinary meal because our friend isn’t an ordinary person and she doesn’t consume ordinary every day food, which sits well with Andre and I. Anyway, our friend made tofu scramble, which is suppose to resemble scramble eggs. I must say, that I was a little skeptic of the tofu scramble but after the first bite, I was in heaven!
