These simple nuggets of decadent vanilla and walnuts melt in your mouth and these are quite literally the perfect companion to a steaming hot cup of tea.

Saffron Couscous Turkey Roll

Well, this is the second time Melanie makes this dish, and this was the first time we’ve made it together! Much like the first time, this rolled turkey breast was absolutely delicious, and I wish I had a spare stomach for suppers like these. This is the perfect dish for small holiday gatherings as a 2 pound turkey breast can easily feed 6-8 people!

Sweet Potato and Leek Pancakes with Applesauce and Sour Cream

It’s hump day and for some god forsaken reason I decided to spend a solid hour in the kitchen, actually, make it two, cooking up a storm.
